How a Remote Service Session Works

TechGuy provides a link to a small executable file that you download. Following the quick download, you follow the prompts to create an account and login. Once logged in you are provided a unique identification code that allows TechGuy instant remote access to your computer. Once access has been granted, TechGuy can control your computer just as easily as if he were sitting in front of your machine. You will be able to watch what TechGuy does as the problem is fixed right before your eyes. Once your issues have been resolved, you and TechGuy will exit the session and terminate the link, leaving no way for TechGuy or anyone else to log back onto your computer! TechGuy ensures your privacy and security.
